The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers
$5 Million in Renovations by Year End 2008

By year end of 2008 The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers will have completed over $5 million in renovations over the past three years. Guestroom renovations to our 941 rooms totaled $4 million and $1 million went to upgrading the hotels Grand Lobby and public areas.

2008 Guestroom Renovations include: New Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses and bedding, new replacement carpeting, new custom wood headboards have been added to guestrooms & suites and 10 Additional ADA guestrooms have been added to our inventory. New ADA rooms offer wheel Chair accessibility, roll in showers and accessible furniture, bringing our current total of ADA accessible guestrooms to 56.

2008 Hotel Renovations include: new carpeting throughout the hotel’s public areas. Beautiful custom handmade lobby carpeting was installed January, 2008. New corridor guestroom carpeting is estimated to be completed by year end 2008.

In 2009 The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers is anticipating an additional $2.5 million in Renovations.

Guestroom & suite renovations will include: new custom curtains and window treatments, flat screen plasma TV’s and wireless internet.

Public area renovations will include: lobby renovation and upgrade to building entry doors/vestibule, upgrades to all public restrooms
